Beyond projects, I have strategically redefined two major Indonesian learning organizations into corporate universities, serving as Project Manager and Associate Consultant. My bold move to transition traditional e-learning into Digital Learning platforms has been embraced by one of Indonesia's top-tier banks, showcasing the success of my initiatives over the last four years.

In my current executive role as the President of Elite Academy, I champion the creation of cloud engineers. Our Academy's vision reflects my unwavering commitment to Indonesia's digital workforce development on a global stage.

Most notably, as the Project Director of the USAID TALENTA initiative, I am at the forefront of digitizing Indonesia's workforce. This sweeping endeavor, in collaboration with Amazon Web Services and Elitery, is a testament to our collective commitment to bridge skill gaps and catapult our digital ecosystem to new heights.

We are on a mission to equip cohorts of talent with industry-driven competencies, targeting the creation of 60,000 job-ready graduates primed for the digital economy.
